Very well written and containing a lot of valuable information about the fascinating world of brewing yeast. I have been fascinated with yeast lately. The next book in my book review series is Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation, by Jamil Zainasheff & Chris White of White Labs fame. I blame most problems I've had to yeast( fermenting conditions, yeast health ect.) you can get away with a lot, but a lot can mess you up.
